3 categories of influential thoughts

There are  3 categories of influential thoughts. They are:
1. Self-image: What do you think of yourself? For example, you think: 1. I'm attractive. 2. I'm desirable. 3. I'm smart. 4. I'm intelligent 5. I'm wise,...

2. When a certain external signal/event appears, you automatically think that it means that "I'm ...".
We need to automatically attach a meaning about ourselves to a thought people give to us to upset ourselves.

For example, when a girl doesn't accept us or she rejects us, we think that that means we are not good enough, since every time we think that we are not good enough when a girl doesn't accept us or rejects us, we feel crashed, we feel disheartened when a girl doesn't accept us or rejects us.

When people look down upon us, we think that means that we are bad, since we don't want to feel we are bad, we fear people look down upon us.
3. Your view of the world, how do you treat people, what's your attitude towards people, what do you think of the world. Say, do you love people? Do you love every person?
